perfect location!

convenient location short walk friendly staff helpful staff

the location was great. it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops (i especially liked the ramen place nearby). the hotel is also close to the station, made getting around easy. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the room was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything i needed. the bathroom ventilation wasn't functioning perfectly.

the hotel was surprisingly decent. it was next to a train station.

the room was dated. i found yellow stains and had to clean the surfaces (i did not expect that). the hotel staff took one of the room keys when i was away without notifying me.

the location was convenient with the subway station nearby. the staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. the room had a big bathtub that i enjoyed, i found it very relaxing after a long day.

the room felt quite old and in need of some refurbishment. i noticed the carpet in the hallways was dusty. the smoking area near reception created a smoky first impression.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of western and japanese dishes. I found it satisfying. the location was close to the shinjuku cbd, so getting around was simple. plus, there was a convenience store nearby, that helped a lot.

convenient location quick check-in high-speed wifi comfortable bed

i found the location very convenient near the nishi-shinjuku station on the m line it made getting around easy the staff was helpful and check-in was quick i appreciated the free high-speed wifi available throughout the hotel the bed and pillow were comfortable allowing for restful sleep

the room was small it was hard to move around freely with luggage open the electrical plugs were located on the headboard making it awkward to charge my phone overnight
